Where do you get your adorable products? TOP Favor Flavors! etc. has a few remarkable vendors that we work with to supply our products. We use only the best, most respectable vendors that offer the cutest, most desirable products for your events and gifting needs.
Are your items sometimes out of stock? TOP Although rare, certain products may be out of stock upon purchasing.
If
your product is out of stock, you will be contacted within 1-2 business
days of purchase and we will either refund your purchase price +
shipping in full, give you store credit, or you can exchange for
another item of equal or lesser value. Do you offer discounts for purchasing items in bulk? TOP YES YES YES!!! Please visit each listing and it will show you the pricing for purchasing different quantities. You can also add items to your cart and view the totals with the discounts before committing to buy.

How do you ship your items and what is the cost of shipping? TOP
Shipping Details for All Items:
- Shipping costs are provided as you add items into your cart. You can use the cart for a price quote before committing to buy.
- We DO combine shipping for additional items!!!

Insurance is included in the cost for US packages.
- We ship via FedEx, USPS and in some cases UPS Monday - Friday ONLY.
- Most orders are processed within 24 business hours, and ship out within 1-3 business days of purchase.
- You should receive your orders within 5-10 days of placing your order with us as long as you are in the US.
- We do require a $15.00 shipping surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. You will be billed this charge SEPARATELY after your purchase!
Will you ship outside of the United States? TOP We do ship outside of the U.S. to CANADA ONLY, but PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS which you will agree to upon checking out:
- Shipping prices are available upon checkout for Canadian shipping.
- Please expect your items to be shipped out within 1-3 business days of purchase, but it will take longer to receive them.
- We
are NOT responsible for any fees, tariffs or duties that you may have
to pay on your packages upon leaving Customs. This is the customer's
responsibility and we have nothing to do with these. If you are charged
any extra shipping charges or fees upon receiving your package this is
up to the customer to pay. These charges are usually taxes on the part
of the international carrier and we have no control over this.
- Once the orders are shipped, they are not always traceable unless insurance is purchased.
- Please
be aware that Customs can hold purchases at their discretion for any
amount of time, no matter what shipping method is purchased. Please
know that there is nothing we can do about this, and once shipped the
orders are out of our control. Furthermore, we are not responsible for
the laws of your country, so should your package be taken or seized by
your Customs, we are not responsible for this, nor will we issue a
refund or credit for your purchase.
Do you provide tracking information once the orders have shipped? TOP YES! To view the status of your order at any time online, please visit the TRACK YOUR ORDER link on the left under RESOURCES.
Simply type your email address and order number which will provided to you in an emailed receipt after your purchase.
Here, you can track the status of your order, receive tracking numbers and information, and also see notes that may be on your account.
What is your refund policy? TOP Naturally, if there is a mistake with your order or you are unsatisfied with the product you have received, we will accept a return and/or refund under the following guidelines:
- Please CONTACT US before returning any items.
- All items MUST be returned within 10 days of receiving, no exceptions.
- Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
- Opened items can not be returned unless defective.
- We are sorry, but shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for shipping items back to us.
- We
generally do not believe in charging restocking fees, but to protect us
against the abuse of these policies, we reserve the right to charge a
20% restocking fee at our discretion.
- Please
be sure you are ordering your items in advance for your events. In case
of a return, we are not responsible for the timing of your event, or
the time that it will take to ship any returned items back to us in
exchange for new items.
What types of payment will you accept? TOP Upon checking out you can use a credit card or Paypal. You will also be given the option of paying with a money order.
If you pay with a money order we will NOT begin processing your order until the money order arrives. You will be provided with a name and address upon checkout for sending money orders.
Sorry, but we do NOT accept personal checks at this time.
